- Follow all learning activities of students to motivate them to learn gradually and get improved, support to timely solve all problems based on scripts and FAQs.
- Implement online 1-1 review session twice a month with students.
- Cooperate with other departments to handle all issues if any.
- Participate in building and upgrading caring process or CRM system in a more smooth and convenient way.
- Do other development tasks when manager requires.

Yêu cầu khác
- Graduated from English Teaching, English Language or relevant fields.
- Have a degree or English ability equivalent to IELTS 6.5
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of English teacher, English tutor, Customer Service Specialist orsimilar positions. Working in English training organizations and projects is preferred.
- Resistant to high pressure at work
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Has logical thinking, well organized. Being progressive and willing to learn.
